Sebastian Rejman studied chemistry at RWTH Aachen with a focus on catalysis and computational chemistry. He completed his M.Sc. under Prof. Regina Palkovits in 2021 studying the mechanism of biomass hydrogenolysis. He is currently pursuing his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Bert M. Weckhuysen and Dr. Ina Vollmer. His research focuses on applying catalytic cracking to convert polyolefin waste into platform chemicals.
